MY Link – Houston Public Library

Who is eligible?              

All Texas residents are eligible for a free MY Link library card. If you live outside of Texas, you can get a MY Link library card by paying a non-resident fee of $40 for a year.

Access to more than 130 electronic resources which include eBooks, streaming music, videos, images, audiobooks, and countless other subject-based websites and databases.

Who is eligible?              

All Texas residents 14 years or older.

A virtual library card that allows access to eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, databases and other electronic resources.

Texas State Law Library               

Who is eligible?

Residents of Texas and employees of any Texas State Agency. Must be physically present in Texas at time of registration as web browser geolocation is used to confirm Texas residency.

What do I get?                 

Includes various practice guides, legal treatises, and self-help materials that can be borrowed and read in your Web browser or on an e-reader like a Kindle or an iPad. Also included are legal databases provide access to downloadable legal forms, case law, law review articles, and other legal information.
