This guide is intended to introduce you to some of the key resources available at the UNT Dallas College of Law Library for researching conflicts of law.
Important Terms:
Treatises - Treatises are in-depth treatments of a legal subject written by scholars in the field. Consult them at any stage in your research -- whether you're looking for an overview of the subject or detailed analysis of a particular point of law. Pay attention to the footnotes for references to other sources, both primary and secondary.
Study Aids - Study aids are materials other than your casebook that help explain the law. Study aids can be especially useful to double-check your understanding of the material as you prepare your course outlines.
