Instructional Technology Tips for Students: PowerNotes

This page provides information on technology used at the UNT Dallas College of Law, including tutorials, troubleshooting information, and contact information for further assistance

Introduction

PowerNotes is a browser plug-in available for Chrome (including Microsoft Edge) and Firefox browsers. It is a tool to help you organize and simplify research and citation. With PowerNotes, you can organize your research, take notes, and bookmark information you may need to reference later. As a student at the UNT Dallas College of Law, you will automatically have premium access to PowerNotes if you sign up with your school email address. With your premium access, PowerNotes also allows you to have multiple projects to keep different research projects you are working on separate. You are also able to export your research into a Microsoft Word or Excel document.

For more information about setting up and using PowerNotes, please refer to the materials on this page, or go to https://www.powernotes.com
